Teachers at Siddhi Yoga

Our teachers aspire to help students experience transformation from the very roots simply because we do not believe in short-term or temporary solutions, rather in bringing about quantum change. With the right mix of knowledge, experience, equanimity and empathy they ensure that every student imbibes the true principles of yoga.

Hari

Hari was born in a family that practiced the teachings of the great Indian sage, Ramana Maharishi. He grew up in a little hamlet nestled in the Himalayas and the sound family values, the pristine nature and his own love for perfection, provided the right grounding and backdrop for him to learn yoga. His initial learning was from native yogis and sages who gave him the all-important message to be a light unto himself.

Later, he studied under the renowned Iyenger teacher, Sharat Arora and subsequently, Iyenger yoga became his preferred form of yoga. Hari has come to know through experience that the right body alignment through asanas and pranayama is crucial for physical and mental peace. In his own words, “yoga is the path to unlock the full spectrum of liberation in man, a potential which otherwise lies dormant in every human being.”
